Morphology

    Leaves alternate or in fascicles along the branchlets and slender abbreviated lateral shoots, subsessile or shortly petiolate, simple; blade obovate to oblong-obovate, scarcely exceeding 8 mm. long, 3.5 mm. wide, apically rounded, evenly narrowed towards the base, leathery, glabrous; petiole up to 1.5 mm. long.
