Morphology

Flowers nocturnal. Succulent perennial forming compact mats or domes. Leaf bodies 20-30 mm long, fig-shaped, often 2-lobed, glabrous or slightly pubescent, spotted or streaked, sheath yellowish to white, wrinkled, marked with tannin spots, persistent. Flowers initially vespertine later diurnal, occasionally paired, pale yellow, pink or whitish.
