Morphology

Succulent perennial, forming dense flat mats. Leaf bodies 8-15 mm long, lobes acutely keeled, glabrous. Epidermis spotted and streaked, sheath whitish or reddish brown, persistent. Flowers diurnal, petals white. Fruit 4- or 5-locular.
